Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Piccozone Technologies administers refund and subscription cancellation terms for Piccozone School (school.piccozone.com). We are committed to fair and transparent handling of all refund requests.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancellations may be initiated at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available), and premium features will be disabled.
  • Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund of the current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Full Refund (within 7 days)

New subscribers who are dissatisfied with the service may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase. This is limited to first-time subscribers only; renewals and upgrades are excluded.

3.2 Prorated Refund

Annual plan holders who cancel after the 7-day window but before the end of their billing period may be eligible for a prorated refund. The refund is calculated based on the remaining full months in your subscription period.

3.3 Service Outage / Technical Issues

Extended downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to platform issues may qualify for proportional service credits or refunds. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Monthly subscriptions canceled after 7 days from the billing date
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms & Conditions violations
  • Unused platform features during the subscription period
  • Features that were clearly described before purchase
  • Third-party service charges (domain registration, SMS credits, etc.)
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated in the offer)

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to school@piccozone.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"

Include the following details:

  • Registered email address
  • Subscription plan name
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days after refund initiation.
  • All payment processing is handled securely through Razorpay.

7. Plan Downgrades

  • Plan downgrades are available at any time and become effective at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the difference in plan pricing during an active billing period.
  • Features exclusive to the higher-tier plan will be disabled upon downgrade.

8. Plan Upgrades

  • Prorated charges will apply for the remaining days in the current billing period.
  • Upgraded features will be activated immediately after successful payment.

9. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting us at school@piccozone.com. Unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
